A lovely Sunday

Laura woke late this morning with very puffy eyes, usually a sign of a seizury night, but otherwise she was fine so I'm not sure if she had a seizure or not.

It was such a lovely crisp dry sunny January morning we decided to go for a walk with Laura and the dogs. We went to Bradgate Park as it's so pretty on a day like today and the dogs adore all the other dogs, the streams to dip in and out of and the wide open spaces for tearing about. Laura was snuggled up in her buggy and really seemed to enjoy the walk. It was very busy after an hour or so because it was such a beautiful day, especially considering it's January!

This afternoon Laura enjoyed playing in the garden. Her idea of playing means throwing the pegs and splashing in any water she can find, but she also went (briefly) on her slide and swing.

She also stopped briefly at the hens' pen and threw them a peg! They couldn't work out what to do with it but quickly decided it wasn't edible!
